Survay clients, gather information by having them fill out a card. Find out what is the average age, what brings them to your business. Get the demografics of the surrounding area. Demografics will tell you the populaion within so many miles, average age, race and income. It will also tell you how many competitors there are in your area and the likely hood of your business doing well.
