How many do you want? Do you and your spouse agree on the number?

We had 2 children. (plus I had a miscarriage(girl) between them)
My husband and I did not agree on the number of children to have. We compromised. He was an only child so he said 1 child was enough. I wanted 3 or 4 since I came from a family of 4 children.
Our compormise was 2 or 3 children. If the first 2 children were of the same sex we would try for a third child, but if the thrid child was the same sex as the first 2 then we would stop.
If we got one of each we would stop.
I have two wonderful children. My oldest was a girl and my youngest was a boy. Hope that helps you with your question.

We have 3 children together and 1 from a previous relationship. We've stopped having children now.. we've agreed that our family is complete now. Hes an only child and Im 1 of 15... so 4 is a comprimise...LOL!

I have two boys, and I would like two more children. Ironically, my husband started out not wanting kids, then was in love when they came, so he likes the number four also.

I dont have any at the moment.. But i would like 2 or 3.. and my partner wants the same.. so that works out well..
ALTHOUGH, He desperatly wants to have a boy, so if we have, say 3 girls, he will want to keep trying for his little boy.. ahh! haha

11..OK, well they are not my children, but i do care for them during the day. they are like my own though. I love each one of them. My Bf and i talked about having at least 3 when we get married

Four children ranging in age from 22yrs to 28yrs and it was a mutual decision by my husband and me to have four.

i have a 1 year old daughter and a 3 week old son and i got my tubes tied big mistake i want 1 more :(

we have one 5 yr old son, one angel baby and one due in October. We haven't completely decised if we are done, hubby's on the fence about another, I'd like it.
