You may be lactose intolerant... Do you get stomach cramps as well? Can you eat yogurt/cheese and alfredo pasta sauce? If you can't than you might be lactose intolerant.. There are pills you can take OTC that will help.. .However, you should go to the doctor to rule out anything else..

You have obviously become lactose intolerant. Acquiring this problem as you get older is quite common.

Instead of dairy products you could drink soy milk.

Another option is to buy lactose free milk at the major Supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths.

A Yahoo search for "lactose intolerance (OR intolerant)" + symptoms + causes + treatment (OR cures OR remedies) should tell you much more.

You have become lactose intolerent. There are meds out there to help that or you can just try to stay away from milk and milk products, like cheese, ice cream, and yogurt.
