my husband doesnt see his family very often I was thinking about video phones. They live in texas and mexico. Would it work ?? How exactly does it work and whats the monthly fee ??? thanks for your help im technology challenged!!!

this provider has one of the best and first video phones on the market....this one just won another award! the Packet8 Tango....its fairly priced so ppl can afford it now....

The video phones require a lot of bandwidth to send the pictures and this runs into a fairly costly situation.

Here is an alternative: Web Cams; set one on a pc at both locations and link them using ddns and broadband internet. Use the conventional voice phone to talk, pc to see.
