Tough and rubbery, and the yolk would be a deep, "army truck" shade of green.

It would taste like a hard-boiled egg, the yolk would be a bit greyish, and the shell would be cracked and some egg white boiled outside the shell. I suppose it would depend just how long past the recommended 3 minutes that you boiled it.

Probably awful.

The proper way to boil an egg is to put it in room-temp water.

Bring it to a boil. When it gets to boiling, shut it off, let it cool.

This not only will prevent the egg from "leaking" (where the innards seep out) but will control the nitrogen dispersement, so you don't get that grey ring around your yolk - and you should have a nicer yolk to boot.

If the shell doesn't crack to let out some steam and the water boils away the egg may explode and you will be cleaning it off the ceiling. I know this because I've done it. Other than that, it will be pretty rubbery and if one part stays in contact with the hot pan long enough it will scorch.

It probably would taste ok but, the yolk would have that grey look to it instead of a pure yellow which is the indication of a perfectly cooked egg.

Boil a couple of more, you can over boil them too if you want.
Chop them up and add Mayo, some chopped onion and some pickle relish and call it egg salad. Put on bread and enjoy. Egg salad sandwich.

It tastes pretty much the same, but the yolk turns a wierd looking blue/green color. The only difference is it's much dryer, so make sure to get a glass of milk to slug it down with.

The yolk would turn green and it would probably taste really dry, but it might taste the same
