There is no lee time for that situation cause the first person you asked out shouldnt feel anything if they said no to you. You should just ask out the next person as soon as you have the chance if you like that person. Move on!!

In general, theres no appropriate time to ask someone out. When you ask someone out, it comes out like a natural. Ive used to ask alot of girls to go out during my days of school and i usually do it at anytime. Dont worry about time. If you feel you need to ask that person out, speak for your mind at anytime. If they said no, you can try to ask someone else at anytime. But try not to do at right away because people will know that you are looking for someone but you are in a rush. Basically you have to use your judgment for this one.

right after, since they said no, you owe them nothing, its not like you were dating and broke up with them, and are trying to be curteous by not asking someone out for a while. i wouldnt go around asking girl after girl after girl out in a row untill someone says yes, you might come across a bit desperate.
