I'm wondering, am I overweight or just the right weight? I've never really figured this out and I would really like to know. Does anyone know where I can find my BMI (Body Mass Index)? I don't mean just my weight, height, gender, and age... I mean I want to find something that tells you your BMI by EVERYTHING. Everyone has a different bone structure, so that needs to be in play a little for BMI, but nothing i've found has that. I found one a long time ago, but I haven't been able to find it since. I need to get a healthier life style at least a little I know, but I need to figure out what I'm even trying to make my goal before I start. Any BMI charts would help me a lot. Thanks! :)

My head is spinning.
It's really quite easy.
Eat 3 meals a day. eat lightly and eat a variety of home cooked food. Don't eat out of a can or a box. learn to cook and make it yourself
sleep 8 hours
keep busy. exercise regularly
volunteer and help people
be friendly
keep your room clean
get a pet.
Pay your bills on time
and shut up about BMI- if your clothes feel too tight either buy a larger size or stop eating Twinkies.

Put Body Mass Index into your search engine and you will have a variety of selections. I just pulled up half a dozen and they all looked good.

if you aren't severely overweight the BMI is useless. get your body fat tested.
