stand on one foot raise to ur toes and back down, do about 10 then switch to ur other foot. keep switching back and forth until u r done.

Standing in place, push up on your tippy toe's, up and down. up and down. For more resistance use a 1 to 2 inch book (put the front of your feet on the book), also hold weights.
I think they are called calf raises.
You spelled calf wrong. But I won't hold that against you.

Grab you some 50 pound dumbells, or a loaded bar, hold it straight down in front of you, and just simply stand on your tip toes for about 5 seconds, then go down. Repeat......alot.

Stand up on your tip toes and hold it. Then rock back onto your heels and hold it.
Stand on one foot and go up on your tip toe. Then lean down and touch your toes. Come up slowly and then switch legs.
If you have limited time or if your busy, just walk around on your toes. Hope I helped a little!!! :)

Have someone go on your back or shoulders, then alternate tip-toe, flat foot until you feel a burn.
or
Sit down and put alot of weight on your lower thighs, then alternate tip-toe, flat foot until you feel your calves working.
