How do i talk to this guy at work that i see everyday but have never spoken to?

Question

This guy is appealing to me and i seem to be thinking about him alot even though i have never spoken to him before. I see him everyday and have never said anything more than "excuse me". I want to say something to him but i dont know what? I dont want him to think that im some weird chick! I even think im a little weird for thinking about him so much! Should i talk to him and how do i start it off. He drives the forklift at work and i just walk past him everyday, once a day, to take out the fedex to the dock. Please someone answer me. I know this is alot to read but im soooo confused!!

The next time you see him, give him a friendly smile and say hi! or hello! Wait for his response - if he smiles back, the better. If he doesn't but just give you a stare, it's alright. He might have been taken aback by your unexpected greeting or smile. Your next move depends on his responses. Just remember to smile at him everytime you see him, whether he smiles back or not. At least you got his attention. Who knows,too, that he was just waiting for you to do the first move seeing you are more senior in the company you both are working for and doesn't want to be thought of as fresh or opportunist.

You can always try a great opener such as something like, " I really like that tie you're wearing today ( another piece of clothing will suffice if no tie is available ) but if you don't have the courage to go after what you want, you could be missing out on quite a bit in life, don't wait for the good things to come to you, go after them with everything you got. Btw, sometimes weird is good, it always makes for interesting conversations to say the least.

I say take the chance, say hello and see where it goes. The saying is, 'if you lag, you loose'. I think the only reason you're thinking about him so much is because you want to take that chance, but are a bit apprehensive. Even in the 21st century it's hard for women to realize that it's okay to make the first move.

i don't understand in case you're able to do it without being random yet actually without being creepy. only introduce your self and ask him how his college year is going. start up a communication such as you are able to with each individual else and you men could desire to have the means to locate some thing thrilling to chat approximately. in case you're making eye touch with him he has for sure observed you so it is going to not be too immediately which you will communicate with him.
