Yes! That's a great idea! (but there really is an intelligent designer; fortunately whether he made his mosquitos suck blood or fat isn't a measure of his intelligence! rock on!) But how could you get them to target suck, say just my belly or just my buttocks? P:

While I'm a christian. I love the question that you asked very funny.

Because then we'd all just be lazy bums doing nothing but sitting around and letting mosquitoes suck the extra fat off!

Some mosquitos suck tree-sap.
According to Christian theology, our universe changed after the fall.
But if science can whip up some fat-sucking mosquitos, I may have to temporary convert. ;)

I suppose the (lame) argument would be (as Lucy said):
Charlie Brown: Lucy, why is there so much adversity in the world?
Lucy: Because adversity builds strength.
Charlie Brown: Lucy, why do we need to be strong?
Lucy: To deal with all the adversity in the world.
