i hav 2 wake up early tommorw and i can't sleep

i sometimes put on my ipod and drift off to sleep with it... think slow songs :)

I have to take Dr. prescribed medication for my insomnia. I think the trick is to just forget about sleep and if you're not sleepy don't sleep! Get up and do something that's comforting or at the very least gets your mind on another train of thought. I always start to panic when I can't sleep which of course makes it all worse. I get scared I'll be awake for days and I'm always afraid I'll start hallucinating or become psychotic if I don't sleep for that long. My sleep schedule is nuts. I really don't even have one.

wait do u have insomnia? if not then are you thinking about something ro someone nowadays?
maybe you're kinda bothered about something so that keeps you from sleeping too late. maybe you can set aside them and think about them later. In my case i can't sleep if something is bugging me.
If you really aren't thinking of something or not bothered about something then maybe you can try some of these things:
avoid drinking coffee, cola if not minimize them
drink milk coz it makes you drowsy
you can do exercise everyday to normalize your blood flow
read books before you sleep so get sleepy
you can listen to mellow music before going to bed
check your food and your diet, what food do you eat?
isn't it too hot in your room? maybe you can take a shower or half bath before going to bed
and always make sure that you cleaned up the air in your room, try to open the windows and use the fresh air instead of the air from the aircon or electric fan...
and the silly thing that i do when i was young, i count till i get to sleep....
if all these still don't work, you may go and see your doctor

Go to the store and buy sleep aid, thats what I do because I can never go to sleep early. I'm not sure of any regular household item besides sleep aid that can induce sleep. Certain allergy medicines will make you go to sleep also, just read the back labels that warn of drowsiness. Good night!

Take a hot bath, with bubbles if possible for about 45 minutes.

Drink a glass of milk.

Then read something completely enervating, like the 'begats' in the bible. You will fall asleep in no time.

black out your entire room, maybe turn on some of that tranquil music and close your eyes, baths are also good

i personally just blackout my entire room and i get in the most comfortable posistion possible and plug in a mp3

o yeah, a benidril, or whatever there called will knock you out hard

First.- weak up always the same hour.
Second.- You can use melatonine, This is a natural product for normal sleep, and you can sleep using this product, and this product don¨t drug hard.

sounds to me like stress. Try burning a scented candle,or use a method that you know relaxes you soft music,complete silence and darkness unplug the phone stuff like that.

Put the computer away first!
Count backwards from 500. If you're counting backwards you have to concentrate harder than counting forward so its harder for your mind to wander. Sweet dreams!
