It completely normal! My cats and dog do it too, i think its cute to watch. I looked it up online once, and it said it has something to do with their dreams and its just them reacting to it. Kinda like a human would talk in their sleep.

No you Cat is just dreaming. And like you or anyone else we all twich when we sleep. If you just pit your hand on your cat while he is sleeping, it will help relax him.

My cat does this all the time. My husband and I like to think that she's trying to catch something or is thinking about tuna or some other type of seafood. It's normal just make sure that your cat is safe and can't get hurt. For example falling off the bed etc...

it's possible, my dog does the same thing some times she makes bubble popping sounds and she twitches and grunts. she even moves her legs like she's running or something. Is your cat only twitching in his sleep? if he's doing it when he's awake then that could be bad and he would need a visit from the vet.

animals, like people have nightmares, and just plain bad dreams. it may just be short phase, but in the event the animal continues to have them over a long period of time, check with a vet.

No, it is not. Thats perfectly normal. Usually they are dreaming of hunting prey, or chasing it. My dog does the same exact thing.

He's more likely dreaming of catching that mouse or bird. It's nothing to worry about.
