I have been tryin to loose 4 2 years.nothin works it is hard to change ur way of eating.i cant use any weight loss things i am too young.Any suggestions.I t would really help.THanks

Your only choice is to burn more calories than you take in. There are a ton of good choices nowadays. Even in junk food! The 100 calorie packs are great! (I recommend the grasshoppers, they taste like thin mint girl scout cookies!) eat more fruits and veges and walk. no one says you have to join a gym or completely flip upside down your lifestyle. little...DO-ABLE changes first. integrate them into your daily routines. when you eat out...choose a salad, or if that's too hard...get the yogurt or apple slices...and a diet drink or water. or better yet...milk. most places offer good choices now. at the mall...take the stairs, or walk the escalators. at stores, park at the end of the parking lot and walk there. smile and laugh! that burn calories too! The key is to not make it feel like a diet or you will fail. enjoy it, take pride and ownership in it. baby steps...and you will see a difference. Oh...and don't beat yourself up if cheat...just make up for it later. or walk an extra 10 minutes. and ask for your friends and parents support. i'm sure they would be glad to help you! keep them involved...it's always easier with a support system.
and by all means...do not starve yourself. when you do, your body goes into survival mode and hangs on to the fat and calories you already have instead of dropping them.

Stop drinking ALL carbonated drinks. Only drink water! Start walking or jogging for like 30 mins 3 times a week. And eat 2/3 of your normal servings of food. This WILL cause you to loose weight. Especially the water! It flushes out your whole system. Youll probably get some acne for a few days due to your body pushing all the toxins out through your pours. But after that, your skin will clear up and weight will fall off.

There is a new drug called Alli on the market that is sold over the counter and is perfectly safe for everyone.It is NOT a stimulant it simply helps with your fat intake. You should check with your Doctor about it. I am starting it tomorrow, I wii send you a link to read about it. It has some nasty side effects if you don,t pay attention to your overall fat intake but if you do that you are pretty much home free with exercise involved too.I hope this is one you can do ..so far I have heard nothing but GREAT stuff about this one.(Unless you eat too much fat which they worn you about several times a day!)

u r what u eat. Try some fruit , for breakfast. The fructose will put your body into an anabolic state. Diet soda, if you drink soda. 1 soda contains, a whole days worth of sugar. Soda is nasty anyways. No one should drink it (imo)

you are either at a healthy weight, or, too young, young people have trouble loosing weight.

i know wat you mean.. think positive think U WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT NOT TO LOOK GOOD BUT TO FEEL BETTER... THINK OF YOUR HEALTH... and i got rid of all my junks foods... and became so addicted to fruits .. trust me and i wish you the best =]
