If one of my guy friends keeps telling me that I’m pretty and that i look good and he offers me back messages and goes up and down my back. Hugs me for no reason, ask if I’m ok all most every time he sees me.
Wants to come over to my house all the time but then calls and says he can’t come because he's studying and says sorry a million times.
All this means he likes me more then a friend right?
I'm asking this because he still hasn't said anything or asked me out yet.
Should I make the move or should I let it be and wait for him

What you need to do is RESPOND to his advances. He hasn't asked you out, because he thinks you don't want to go out with HIM.
Hold his hand, smile, curl up with him, lean in close and see if he kisses you - give him signs that you ARE interested. If he ignores them, he's either not ready for you, intimidated by you, or not interested - in which case you can walk away with dignity.

i think hes at lest interested. don't make the first move but give him hints that u like him or is interested in him ,may be make it a bit obvious cause some guys don't pick up on the hints but don't make it to obvious cause he might only like u as a friend.if he dosn't make a move after a while then u make the move because he might be too shy to make the the move.

he is debating if he should date you and ruin your friendship, i would not rush it i would wait for him to make the move because he is not sure your relationship will work on a intimate level let it be until he come to you with any thing further because may be he isn't sure that he can committed to you in a relationship right now but i do think he respects your friendship

We can't read his mind but it's clear he likes you on some level. As for how much, only he knows right now...
Give him some more time...if he doesn't make a move soon though, it's fine for you to do so âº

Sounds like he might like you but afraid you won't like him. Why not go ahead a make the first move. If it doesn't work out maybe you can still be friends.

i think you're kinda making the move by allowing him to rub your back etc. If y ou really wanna know or you really wanna be with him then you can say something to him. Or at least hint at it to see what his reaction is. He might really like you or he might just like touching girls lol who knows. but if you want him, go for it.

seems to me sweetie ya got enough love for yourself.. and i think he may have acrush on you yes but it sounds so childish at the way hes going about it.. in fact it all sounds so childish.. anyway try finding another sweetie whose a bit more mature for his age.. and btw..he doesnt show up when he says he will doesnt this tell ya something too?? hugsssss

Be cautious because if he is a friend you dont want to ruin that relationship.
BUT, sounds to me that he wants more than a friendship.

hang out with him, see where things goo
and let him make the frist move!
but you can always hint throughs
you wanting him to make a move.
