We barely ever get out of the car, and to make things worse, most of the hotels we go to are cheap, so they have no gyms, and the pools are outdoor and it's way too cold to swim outside. I probably gained atleast a good 3 pounds, how can I keep the rest of it off? How many calories should I be having a day?

have around 1200 since u wont be getting excericise...1200-1300 is about the most u should have. and when ur eating those calories, make sure its ONLY healthy stuff thats filling u up with those calories, not junk. plus u can eat ALOT more if u only eat healthy stuff to eat 1200 calories cuz healthy foods dont have that much calories in them. i know its a roadtrip and u may wanna drink juice, and chips and stop by burger king.....but bring ur own food along.

have fun!

I drove a truck eleven hours a day and LOST weight. It wasn't easy, but I had a cooler with a refrigerator unit that plugged into the cigarette adapter FULL of pre-mixed salads.

I talk about it in my blog at www.myspace.com/thedavezone

I spent one meal a week eating literally whatever I wanted, and the rest of the time it was salads, carrots, apples, a bagel here and there, and water. I felt more energized, my insides felt clean, I lost weight, and felt great. I also craved meat, but if you can control yourself, it'll work out terrific!

workout in the hotel room, you dont need the gym or a pool to be able to workout, try jump roping, if you dont have a jumprope then just pretend its there and jump. You can do sit ups squats lunges right in the hotel room.
