My own! Very spicy!

Melt 1 stick of butter with 1/2 C Frank's red hot sauce. I like to add dry cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and tabasco-just a bit of each.

Preheat some oil in a skillet and bread some thawed raw chicken wings (the kind you buy frozen at the store in a big bag) in flour and cayenne powder mixed together with about a tablespoon of salt. Oh yeah and cut off the wing tips--the tiny inedible part at the top of the wing.

Fry over low/medium heat until cooked through, flipping once.

Remove from pan, drain. Coat in sauce and serve with ranch, blue cheese, and celery sticks.

I have found that buying a good quality wing frozen from the store. Any flavor you like and cooking them until they are crispy, is generally the best way to go. as for dips. choose a personal favorite. Bon Apatite!

i make my own by baking the wings at 400 degrees until they are almost done, maybe 3-4 minutes away from done, then glazing them with a sauce i make with frozen concentrated orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and red chili pepper flakes, then finish baking them until the glaze gets nice and bubbly.

I like mine best baked at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, in a mix of half water/half soysauce.

These are awesome!
