People seem to ask this hoping to adapt themselves and be the perfect girl.
What every guy looks for is different, and in the long run its better to be who you are naturally, not only because you'll be a lot happier, but you'll attract the right kind of guy for the type of person you are.

Personally, as a guy myself, I prefer a woman who is assertive, a woman who is positive, and is very passionate at what she does. But most importantly, a woman who is comfortable being herself. :)
