What is noon Pacific? Do you mean Californian time? Well we are about 18 hours ahead of California in eastern Australia and 15 hours in western. You can check this on any of the excellent international time zone sites on the net instead of asking people to do it for you.

Where in the Pacific? Australia's east coast is on the Pacific Ocean and is UTC + 10hours.

For example, Sydney would be 5am the next day if it were noon time in the Pacific.
