I didn't chose a God/dess because of what future afterlife I might have or because others feel their Gods are better. I follow my heart and what feels correct. I don't defend that position and I don't demand that others do. So in essence I have taken a bold step, thrown in with the God and Goddess and I will take my chances. It's called LIVING life and not just existing until the better afterlife comes along.

My answer= Live life!

THEN I MUST TELL.

First question: How are religious people so sure that a God exists?
Answer: Look at the beautiful blue sky, the shining countless stars at night..Those are WHOSE?
Days and nights that always take turns, WHO control their cycle?

*Everything has a creator,a controller*
Like a computer, has someone who created the system, and knows how to operate it..

We, humans look for something more Superior than us, because, admit it..there are times when we feel helpless, weak.. Imagine, if a tsunami suddenly strike us when we least expect it, what could we do when all we have done to save ourself from danger, just doesn't work? The extreme weather that strike us, who controls it? Humans? Think again..

Isn't it the moment we feel like we want somthing strong to help us, to save us? We will want to pray..There are no Supermans in real world for that!

Indeed there's so many faiths, but open your heart and mind, try to see in different, new perspectives u have never bothered to see before.. U'll be surprised to discover from what u learn..

Does the world change by people changing the laws? Or, does the world change by each human being changing himself?

The inner man must change. You can enforce peace by man-made law, but true peace only comes from the change of the inner man.

There is only one 'faith' that teaches this and at the same time uniting man with God. It is faith in the once-sacrificed and once raised Jesus Christ.

The Bible says that most Christians aren't really Christians. There is a true faith, but most of the world worships mankind and cloaks it in other terms or religion.

Creation screams that God is there.. The order in which all Proteins and DNA are built with chirality is a loud voice in the choir. The Old Testament prophecies fulfilled in the life and death of Jesus Christ are enough evidence for me to have my mind convinced that 1. God is there and 2. That His revelation to man is Jesus the Christ... Jim

1) you can choose to beleive in God
2) you can choose to go against those that beleive and call yourself an atheist or
3) none of the above and time goes on.

i choose 1 because i am here and i sure as heck want to know that no matter what the life, i will either 1) be in a kingdom place of pure happiness or 2) rot in a grave and know nothing.

I know because I have peace, I don't need to slam others for their opions although given a chance I will debate and make them think...

I know this is for me, I was ready to walk away, knowing God existed, but God gently brought me back, if you had seen me before God brought me back I was dead, totally depressed, as soon as God brought me back life was in my eyes and the depression lifted - so maybe it was oppression, I have seen God and I have seen the devil sneak... I want God, I love God, I am totally devoted to Him.

Seriously I know their seems to be this unamious cliche here about Ask God, but honestly, I know cry out to Him tell Him, your situation ask Him to answer you, keep an open mind He answers in different ways it is never the same.

In my example God opened doors for me to get in to the field I desired but would never have I virtually failed my final year of High School... (In Aus we call it VCE year 12.)

You are so fucused on religion. Since when has God EVER said you need to have a religion? God has promised that if you seek him you will find him.

When you are alone, talk to God and ask him to come to you. Never cease to seek him. Seek him with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. He will come to you. Be prepared for a pretty awesome life once you are his.

And stop worrying about religion. It is just man's false attempt to seek God without actually doing it.

Stuff happens. Flowers bloom, snow falls, cells divide, stars twinkle, water ripples. I choose to believe that there is an indescribable thread running through it all.

I don't know if the beliefs that I have are right or wrong. But they bring me the peace and guidance that I have needed in this life. I will admit that I choose to believe in what I believe because it is comforting to me.
