i have things like mango, nectarine, bananas, peaunut butter, granola bars, vanilla ice cream, yogurt, walnuts, and other stuff. just ask me what i got. and i also what more healthier choices so i dont have to worry about what im eating.

you have lots of good ingredients for a smoothie, using some yogurt or ice cream and fruit, just put it in a blender with a little milk.

You could also make a banana split, with a scoop or two of ice cream and some fruit and nuts.

Also, you have some quick breakfast stuff, like the granola bar, mango, and a yogurt.

One of the things most people have in their cupboards are the ingredients for a spicy linguini dish. Just need dried linguini or spagetti, some olive oil, fresh garlic, minced, crushed red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, and a little parmesan cheese. While the pasta is boiling, put some olive oil in a small pan, heat to medium and add the minced fresh garlic. Heat it just a minute or so, then take it off the heat. chop the parsley, grate the cheese, and drain the pasta. Mix it all together and sprinkle with extra parmesan. Its great, and pretty healthy, and takes less than five minutes to make. I have even made this for company and they love it. The Italians call it "Linguini Agla Olio".

You could make a fruit salad! Crumble some granola over the top, or mix some fruit and granola with the yogurt. You can make little pre-portioned cups of either one and it will last you a few days (probably only 2 or 3 before it doesn't taste any good/fresh). If it's generally prepared for you, it's easy to grab as a healthy option.

why dont you have some meat 2 vegetables and a baked potato or some eggs bacon beans and toast then later have some of the fruit or a milk shake skip the peanutbutter granolabars etc have some orange juice and a bowl of oatmeal with milk and brown sugar top off with a cup of coffee or tea what else do you need? a bottle of water in between i guess you can also have a salad on the side with green lettuce tomato cucumber and green onions add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar after your meal instead of dessert use fish toosalmon will take place of meat

*well for a healthy snack you can spread the peanut butter on top of the granola bars and slice bananas over top.
*or make a fruit and yogurt parfait by using yoghurt
granola bar crumbled and fruit on top.

have a peanut butter and bannan sandwhich

And some yougurt wiht a gronala bar broken up over and and some chopped fresh fruit on the bottom of it.

those are all good snacks, but there is nothing there you can make a meal out of. you need more vegetables in your refrigerator.
