Does anyone know the recipe for the Hard Rock Cafe's Honey Citrus salad dressing?

I found these two on the internet.

Citrus dressing:

Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients; serve immediately.

This recipe for Citrus Dressing serves/makes 8


Key Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Key Lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped sweet red onion
salt and cracked pepper to taste


Directions:

Process all ingredients in blender for 5 seconds until emulsified.

This recipe for Key Lime Dressing serves/makes 1 cup
