I'm not talking about flavored or any of that stuff. Between whole milk, half and half, mocha mix, coffee mate, soy milk, etc., which do you think assists the coffee in achieving its true potential?

I love 1/ 2 & 1/2 but mocha mix keeps better
while coffee mate tastes funky.

In order of preference:

half & half
Canned Condensed Milk
Cream
Milk

If none of those four are available, I'll drink it black. I do not like powdered non-dairy creamer, and I've never tried soy milk.

Dunkin Donuts and McDonald s both get it right. "Light cream" (18% milkfat) is the best creamer, sez I. Half and half is only 10% milkfat. Sheer fraud.

half and half but we have that only with big family dinners, normally milk. The powdered stuff is good only in a pinch.

I like half and half - not too rich, but just rich enough.
