I have seen people just talk dirty about mexicans, not knowing the issue at hand about immigration-illegal immigration, so, I understand that is ignorant from them, but, dont you see like a pattern in the american and world history with this type of stuff?. eg. Germany with the Jews (1920-30-40), they where all against them because of the same reason, and I actually have heard a lot of the same insults; taking away jobs, paranoia of their numbers in population, racial issues of appearance....also; United States before the emmancipation proclamation, white people against blacks. I mean, wow, is just scary the way white people are talking about them, I just hope that the US will follow in its own footsteps from the past; that all men are created equal.......or something

Illegal immigration, not only of Mexicans but also of other
nationalities in the USA has been a big problem for many
years now. And truly some Americans are getting angry
at their govt's inability to curb it. however, who is really to
blame? Some Americans also are to blame for this fiasco,
they want to employ illegals to avoid paying taxes and at the
same time the illegals are not receiving thesalary that an
american receives. And these Americans talking trash
about everybody who is not of the same color of their skins
are just pure racists who are afraid that in many things being
equal the immigrants are better and more dependable.
By the way,, theAmericans are also immigrants in their
country.

Illegal is illegal You sound like you are very young. Please do not compare the Illegal Mexicans to the Jews during the 1930's and pre and post WW11.The Jewish people were legal citizens of the countries that put them in camps.I am no tJewish but I have friends who are and I have also know people who survied the camps. They are two different issues.

Illegal immigration is illegal, period. It matters not where you come from, just how you get here. There is a correct way to be a resident in the USA and all peoples should follow these rules. That is why there are embassies all over the world. Yes it is time consuming, and troublesome and sometimes no help what so ever.., but it is the right way.

You are just muddying the water. Yes there are racists out there, but that has nothing to do with the fact that being an illegal alien is WRONG because it is ILLEGAL, meaning AGAINST American LAWS.
I think you are just trying to muddy the water to hide the facts. I mean, think about it - does the fact that there are SOME racist Americans mean that Mexicans that break the law by being here illegally should be given a pass? Of course not so STFU.

It has nothing to do with race. It has everything to do with their coming here illegally. There is no comparison with what happened to the Jewish people in Europe, they were legal in every country that they lived in, some had been there for generations. They were just a scrape goat for Hitler & his henchmen. In Catholic Poland they were an affront, very few of the Polish people defended them or helped them. We are not rounding up the Mexicans & sending them to concentration camps, we are just trying to send them home. There are many legal Mexicans in this country & no one bothers them, they pay their taxes & have assimulated to the American way of life. These people want to keep their language & expect us to hire translators & make all directions in Spanish for them; the sad part is that we have done this so this makes them feel welcome. They are not welcome, they need to go home & I don't want amnesty, in any form, given to them.
Please don't bring the Black people into this, they are, for the most part, legal. One of the first men to put foot in America was a Black man & two Black men, Peter Salem & Prince Estabrook were at the battle of Lexington & Concord. There is no comparison to be made here between the Blacks & the Illegal Mexicans.

I am against illegal immigration. The operative word is "illegal". I love how those in favor of "illegal immigrant rights" (an oxymoron) like to spin this issue to make it about racism, immigration, etc. I am not against any ethnic group. Nor am I against immigration. I am, however, opposed to illegal activity, and even more so to the idea that my country should respond to illegal activity by handing criminals special rights and privileges on a silver platter.

I am against any and all immigrants who come here ILLEGALLY, I don't care what country they are from. Funny though, how the mexicans are the ones who are causing all the controversy, not the asians, canadians, europeans, africans. Why is that? Probably because they are the BIGGEST violators of the laws pertaining to immigration.

I have several Mexican-American friends. They are awesome and they are ligitimate Americans who have lived here their whole lives and their parents as well. I'm worried that all the illegal immigrants that leach off our society are going to cause a lot of unneccessary hate and backlash towards my American friends that happen to be of Mexican ancestry. There are many illegal Russian immigrants here, especially where I live, and I am just as much against them being here illegally as well.
So my answer to your question is this: Yes against illegal immigration and no I'm not racist.

I AM AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. ALL illegal immigrants should be deported, not just illegal Mexicans. ILLEGAL is ILLEGAL, guess what...that makes them CRIMINALS. Do you want to live next door to criminals? Do you want to work with criminals? Do you want your children going to school with or playing with criminals? Do you want your tax dollars supporting criminals? No matter how nice or hard working they are it does not change the fact that they broke our laws and that makes them CRIMINALS. Where do you draw the line? What if everyone in this country decides it's ok to not follow the law or we just pick and choose which laws to follow, then what?
