Okay then. There is absolutely NO comparison, as the H2 has the smaller sensor. The DSLR sensor is almost TWENTY TIMES larger. You can go ahead and check out my comparison and assume that the 1/2.5" sensor would only be able half as good as the 1/1.8" sensor at full magnification. Maybe it would be a little better than that, but don't count on it.

Why not just take a full-sized image and use "no restriction" to crop out about 1/4 of the image. THEN use that 1/4 to make an 8x10, which would match up to a 16x20 of the full lframe. See what you think. Try 5.5x7 to evaluate its performance at 11x14 for the full frame. Maybe you'd be just fine with it. Since you will view either large print from a bit more distance, maybe the blur will be okay with you.
