hello beautiful. Religion is not complex, it is the differing of opinions that makes religion complex.

Guess I missed out on giving hugs. Here's a belated one though.!!!!!! HUGGG.
People are complex so therefore religion seems to be also but I think it is very simple. You believe in good and evil and try to do what is right. Now for some that might be evil.
What have you lost, if you live life being good, faithful and love Christ? If you live positive, will negative be able to reign over you?
Well, I'm not any good at being philosophical anyhow but most will know what I mean.

No flowers, no cards, no bran muffins, yet here I am, waiting. Religion is complex because we are wondrously made, and tend to make up rules as we go. We are made in His image, but do not always reflect that to our fellow travelers. I would rather be thought of as spiritual than religious any day. Did you make a bran muffin for your woman, or are you neglecting her?

I'm here dear. Religion made my head hurt today, so we took our kids to the county fair and came back all bloated from fried twinkies, pork-on-a-stick, sweet tea, hog races, petting goats... Need the "proper fuel" to have a clear mind on religion. (you have to know I'm kidding ;^D)
Have a blessed day Ramjet!

Hello! I am sort of here. Contemplating dinner at the moment. :)
Why is religion so complex....I am afraid my answer would be too complex, and lengthy, to fit into a Y!A answer :p
But, I have decided on dinner... pizza!

well make new friends, and you don't need friends to answer questions.
religion is make work, buy doing complex rituals ,you think you are getting some were and it [FEEDS THE EGO].
all you need is mantra repetition, meditation and some chanting., and contemplation..and hugging a tree.
all the rest is ...extra

I was at Bible Study.
It is complex because Man has made it that way....God intended for it to be a relationship pure and simple.

Sorry. I was here. I just got lost trying to catch up from yesterday.
Hi! I'm right here! I'm your friend!
And if we had the answer to that last question, we wouldn't be in this little forum, would we?

Peek a boo.....Planning any raids,tonight?.........I think that people make religion,difficult......The half brother of Jesus said this: "Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world". James 1:27.............and God just rolls his eyes and says...this isn't rocket science folks.
