As above, I've seen the Fine Art Society London mentioned as being the owners. The site below says that the Delphic Oracle of 1899 was sold by Christie's London on 3 June 1994, lot 153. I checked the FAS website, however, and can't find any mention, so it might well be worth contacting them directly. Or Christie's, if you don't get anywhere with FAS - I'm sure they'd be able to tell you if it went to a gallery or private individual, even if they can't give out further details.
