Okay so i have a girlfriend whom i love with all my heart. . . and today i met a girl from yahoo answers and we had a very nice time chatting.
We had alot in common and i thought she was really cool, and we got along well.
But then she asked me out. . .and said we'd make a great couple.
And now. . .i. . .i dont know what to do.
I mean she was crying and everything. . .i didnt even say no. . .all i said was "Umm. . .i. . .i dont know. . . im confused now"
And she was really sad and crying and she said i dont care about her and i hate her and i shouldnt talk to her
And thats not true!! I like everyone that i know and get along with. . .and i do care if she cries because. . . because i dont want anyone to cry because it makes me sad too
I dont know what to do yahho answers people. . .i really dont. . . .please, please help me. . . .
Im so confused right now. . . .im only 14. . .i dont think i can handle all this

Well obviously you made the right choice and she can tell you wanted to say no girls are confusing and we cry lol you need to tell her that she didnt give you a chance to explain talk to her and tell her that you do care about her and that you want to be her friend and that you felt bad about the incident and that you want to start again and you dont want her to be mad

Girlfriend or Girl you met on yahoo answers? It is your choice. Personally, I'd go with the girlfriend. You have more of a history, and she sounds mentally stable by default.
When someone starts to cry or something, the best thing to do is to walk away. Just say, "you sound you need to be alone. I'll come back when you're more composed." Most of us feel bad when we perceive we may have done something to cause pain. Unfortunately some people will use this to manipulate other people. The best thing to do is just give the emotional person some privacy.

Well here's how the situation looks to me. Your going to date a random girl from Yahoo Answers, and dump your current real life girlfriend? Sweetie, forget about the on-line girlfriend! You shouldn't feel sorry for the on-line girl, you should pity her because she is crying over some boy she doesn't even know! That's messed up. Don't be played my little friend. You are 14, and you should be dating real people, not on-line ones. I know I've heard the story about on-line dating is a positive thing, but not when your having no trouble finding someone in your area. Stick with your current girlfriend, and forget about this other one. Hope this helps!

Well, you are 14, so the girl you are talking about is probably anywhere from 12 to 14. She is very young. If she were an adult and reacted that way, I would say she has an emotional problem....but give her a break, she is only a very young girl. Be kind, be tender, be gentle. If you must let her down, let her down easy.
If she has just met you on the Web, has never even met you in person, and is driven to tears by your indirect response to her date request, that is a sign of some deep emotional hurting. The girl needs some counseling.

If you have a girlfriend that you honestly love, then you wouldn't be worrying about some other girl you met online. Thats a little blunt and straight forward but its the complete truth. Also, why would you be talking to another girl online if you were really in love? I realize you're 14...and love is something that takes time to learn about and understand with maturing in age..but if you truley care about this girlfriend of yours, then I don't believe you would be talking to other girls so seriously... Think about whats most important to you

In the future you can avoid this situation all together by not talking to other girls online when you have a girlfirend that you are happy with.
There is nothing wrong with friendship with other girls but maybe you should really clarify this first. Also - she just talked to you today and she is crying - yikes - a little clingy and scary.

Dude i'm the same age as you and chicks are unpredictable!! So she said she was crying,uhhh huuu i bet she was crying, you can't know for sure cuzzz it's the internet!!!! She might not even be a girl(ewwww)!!!! So my advice is: If you have a good girlfriend hang on to her as long as you can,and try to forget about this other girl i'mean if your girlfreind finds out she might get pissed!!!! And don't even think about cheating,it doesn't work out! . I hope this helps.

That "girl" could possibly be some 40 year old man, or some other boy teenagers that just want to mess with you, or possibly some of your friends who just want to mess with you!
You have a girlfriend, she's yours.
Your hers.
Don't worry about anything else but that.
Just stop talking to that chick on here, mmkay.

Hey man it's always the nice guys who pay for it in the end..lol I know just what you mean but if you have a girlfriend then just stay with her and if you are even concidering this chick then you must not love your GF as much as you thought, if it was mine I wouldn't even concider it...lol good luck man :)
