I heard that there was a book called: "The Wedding Sense Name Change Guide and Kit for New Brides (Modern Guide for Brides)"
It is supposed to be a VERY big help when getting married and the name change process. I found it on Amazon.com. It comes with forms and all kinds of stuff to make ins, D.L. and all sorts of stuff easy to change over. Hope this helps.

driver's license, car insurance and registration, home insurance, any insurance, etc. you have through work - and change your beneficiary as well to be your husband as your next of kin; health card, credit cards, bank card, government id card, passport.....

I would change everything that has my former name on it. Magazine subscriptions, bank accounts, insurance, anything at all that has your former name attached to it.
