PS3 is great. I have owned mine since a week after the launch and I have never had a single problem.
It doesn't overheat, etc. etc.
Plus from now to April of '08 there are 340 titles slated to go to the PS3 and a lot of the best ones are Sony exclusive!!! Lair, Heavenly Sword, Gran Turismo, Uncharted:Drakes Fortune, Haze, Killzone, etc......the list is long and PS3 in no doubt going to smoke 360 over the next 12 -18 months.
You pay for what you get. Microsoft makes the console cheaper but then you have to buy the add ons to put it near the PS3, but even with all the add ons it still can't touch it. It's better in every way now and for the future.

yea the PS3 is so much better than the 360. with the bluray player and bluray games the graphics are amazing even better than the 360 especially in HD. it it pretty pricey but its worth it. the only realy negative is that when a new game comes out for both the 360 and PS3 you have to wait like way longer to get the PS3 version. The 360 version will come out and you will possibly have to wait another month or 2 for the PS3 version. But yeah PS3 is better the online is free and amazing graphics and you can store music and videos and photos and you can take your digital camera memory card and plug it into the PS3 and copy over pictures and stuff. same with PSP. and you can surf the internet on it. BUY IT!!!

The PS3 is much better because:
PS3 is a next-gen console with an 8-core processor, 1080p output, free online, blu-ray, and much better backwards compatibility with upscaling of DVD's and PS2/1 games.
The 360 on the other hand is much less advanced, does not play any sort of HD disc, and fail at an unbelievable rate.
The only thing that is better about a 360 is the number of games, and that is only because it came out a year earlier. PS3 will get more as it is around longer, and it is much much better.

The only advantage of Xbox 360 - more games. Technically PS3 puts Xbox into trash. PS3 more than twice faster, smarter, BD-DVD player, free HOME world (Xbox live is NOT free). So, after this summer, when we'll have more PS3 games (tons are coming), Xbox 360 will totally suck.

yeah it is better then the xbox 360 in the specs department but the price is unreasonable and i heard I cannot handle it's own power and breaks.but right now the 360 is looking good cause it has been out longer the the PS3 plus it has a lot of games out.but if you still want to get a PS3 try wait a Year till they drop the price and fix the bugs.

the only thing that the 360 has over the ps3 is a wider game library and a years launch. of course this will allchange when ps3 launches it 306 games coming other then that the 360 is second.

Right now the 360 is winning. Even over the Wii. The PS3 is too expensive and is in dead last in the console war. Buy a 360 because of the games, the price tag, Live and because it isn't last in the standings.

its not better . it does the same thing. i have a 360 and i love it i wud never spend more money just to have the name(ps3) i bought the hddvd add on and thats excellent too. i am a video and audio phile and i love the 360 .

yep games coming for it beats the graphics of xb360,
and it doesnt die so often wit the ring of death thing like the xb360.
