To the first question: No.
Among the dozens of "churches" in this area, I know of only a small percentage that fit your description; mainly because they fall under decisions of their hierarchy. I have not darkened the door of a denominational organization for 20 years and probably never will. They had problems long before things got to this stage of social dissolution.
I have worshiped with a variety of fellowships over the years. The one I am with now has a little building and a dedicated pastor; a former gang leader. We have an open alter where any sinner can come and repent. To that end even gay pastors would be welcome.

My church has totally ignored Gay Pride festivals and will probably forever do so since my church (being Church of Christ) actually believes that when the Bible calls something a sin then it is (New Testament Law).
Having someone who calls themselves a Christian celebrate sin is like having a fire department holding an Arsonists Festival.
My church welcomes everyone but if you openly sin in the church then you'll get called out on it because that's the way Jesus wanted it.
Matthew 18:15-17
"Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that "by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established." And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector"
Love the sinner but hate the sin..
II Thessalonians 3:14-15
If anyone does not obey our instruction in this letter, take special note of him. Do not associate with him, in order that he may feel ashamed.Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother.

The church I used to have to go to as a child would have simply considered it a non-issue. The parishioners had learned what the Bible says and they could quietly dismiss the activities as wrong, but none of their business. They may have emphasized the necessity of strong heterosexual relationships that last, but wouldn't have mentioned anything negative about the gay relationships. It was a Catholic Church.

i had no idea churches would embrace gay pride festivals lol or have gay pastors hahaha oh wow. To your questions, the Christians here seem quite conservative, I don't imagine them to be showing up at any gay pride parade, I've never seen a gay pride parade here either.

I live in Southern Alabama, in a very small town. Trust me, there are no "Gay Pride" demonstrations going on anywhere around here.
Would I attend if there were? I dunno, I might be curious enough to drop by and peek. But I doubt if I'd get terribly involved. I mean, what would be the point? I'm not gay, and I really don't see any point in having a festival about it, anyhow.
Be gay, if you want to, but please...be gay at home. I have gay friends, and they are very cool people, but they would still be my friends if they were straight. I'm not having sex with my friends, for goodness sake...why would their sexual orientation have anything to do with our friendship?
I might also take a peek at a "Liar Pride" festival, if there were one nearby. I mean, doesn't that sound interesting? Since I've told a few fibs in my time, at least I'd have something in common with these folks. But, again, I doubt if I'd hang around for long, just enough to satisfy my insatiable curiousity...which does get me into trouble at times.
No, I don't think churches ought to support gay pride, or liar's pride, either. I don't think they ought to openly ordain kleptomaniacs as pastors, for instance.
Homosexuality is a sin. It is not the church's job to endorse sin. Of course, the church ought to embrace sinners, but not in order to condone their sins, for goodness sake!
I'm not against gay marriage, because I don't agree that Christian laws ought to apply to people who are not Christians. But Christian people certainly ought to live under Christian laws. And churches that do not apply God's laws to their church are not Christian, no matter what it says on their sign.

No, and no. They have a right to live however they want. I have a right to not be there to watch them. Even if I was Stateside, I would not be attending. It's just not my thing.
But for the record, I do believe that homosexuals shouldn't be discriminated against in society.

I think that the many you mention are actually a few.
That's a gross misrepresentation.
Besides, I will be helping at a youth group for the church helping to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
I have no time to watch what they have to offer.

Savage wolves will come in among you not sparing the flock; and from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them. Therefore be on the alert........ Apostle Paul Acts 20:28-31
I will not attend or support such activities.
