I would have stayed away from the fruit, tuna fish and vinaigrette dressing. The dressing has a lot of acid in it, which may not be good for your stomach. I'd also beware of too much fruit when ill. Stick to the saltines, toast, light broths and rice. Gradually work up to veggies, then fruits and sweet stuff. Hope you feel better soon!

the toast and banana, yes. try soup also. this might sound wierd but drink serria mist, gigerale or sprite. it will help calm your stomach. rest in your bed for an hour or two. relaxe on a comfterble chair or couch. try not to move around a lot. watch t.v. dont go to any parties or events. it will make it worse. go to the docter if it is bad. take the pills they recomend. before you try the docter try tyonale. or imoodeume to calm your stomach. it will help with the diherrea also. get well soon!

you shouldn't drink green tea when you're sick. the caffeine dehydrates you. if you're tired of water, herbal tea or Gatorade would work.
toast and crackers are mild, but they have lots of fiber, which may worsen your diarrhea.
soup would be ideal. chicken for protein, vegetables for vitamins... and if you feel queasy, even drinking the broth could provide nourishment.
feel better!!!!!
