This is how we stop illegal immigration
1. secure the border with 20 foot high highway petitions with razor wire at the top. then put guard towers every 20 miles with a vehicle and national guardsman at each tower
2. install motion sensors so the guardsman can respond.
3. Each employer caught employing illegals gets a $10.000 fine per illegal. And the illegal gets deported.
4. require a background check for each immigrant applying for a license
5. require landlords to verify citizenship before renting a dwelling, submitting it. They can get a fine for not doing this as well
6. Require proof of citizenship befor enrolling in school.
7. Require proof of citizenship before receiving medical care.
I could keep going on with this, however you get the idea. Still think we can't get 12 million out of here? I guarantee one thing, we can catch as many in a year as come over the border that's for sure. Every nation must have secure borders regardless of hardships faced in another nation. If we can not secure our borders we cease to be a Country. The biggest threat to this Country is not a political party but corporations. They are willing to sacrifice everything to achieve there personal goals.

That is why the congress has a 3% approval rating on the issue of immigration and only 14% overall approval. Most Americans (in poll after poll) want to see the border secured BEFORE addressing any of the other issues. Congress can secure the borders then address the other issues but the reality is that they have a plan that doesnt include securing the border and so they cannot do it first. Guess what though? Americans will re elect their dumb asses. And to reply to the poster above, there is no filter for criminals in fact the senate voted down and amendment to bar illegals who were convicted of felonies while here from being privy to the benefits of this bill and they can bring family which is defined broadly not narrowly as it should be. You are what they call a useful idiot- not offense. They know you have a heart of gold and are naive and they ue you for what you are worth. It is too bad sweet people get used. And what about the growing reconquista movements? They arent some small faction.

They don't need to be deported. If the 86 amnesty bill would be enforced they couldn't work or survive and most would leave. The 25% in jail could be deported when they served their time. The other that have businesses might leave if no one used their services.
At present remittence to Mexico from illegal and legal are down 30%.this year, causing a problem in Mexico. Which indicates that they are not getting hired.

Absolutely. And the truth is it can be done. President Eisenhower did it in '54, when he realized that there were 1 million Mexican illegals in America, and organized "Operation *******' to kick them out. My advice--read Pat Buchanan's book "State of Emergency" and start calling your Senators RIGHT NOW to oppose the amnesty bill being debated currently. If that bill passes, there will be little possibility of deportation....and many millions of illegals jumping the border in the next ten years.
I also think anyone caught employing an illegal alien should be charged with practicing slavery, and punished accordingly. Corporations should be stripped of their charters and their property sold at auction. And any federal politician who is on record supporting or voting for the current amnesty bill should be charged with treason to the nation, and punished accordingly.
Whether we enforce our CURRENT laws and deport, or ignore them and allow anyone to break into our "house", will play a major role in the near future of the USA. Allowing the 12 million (probably more than that, actually) illegal aliens to remain is a key ingredient in the future ethnic conflict that will likely tear the United States apart---mark my words.

I want to eliminate ALL illegals from this country, by whatever means. And anyone who has children had damn sure better get in the fight! I am a Marine Corps vet and my blood boils from our senate/congress and that moron Bush. Anybody got any COMPOUND W ??? That's for George W, of course.
Here is the short note I just fired off to one of our state's senators...Richard Lugar-R of Indiana.
Mr. Lugar,
You need to resign from the Senate immediately. You are a total big business advocate. You hate the working person. The only voting block you command is the farmer and thankfully they're all dying out or selling out to conglomerates. Huh, there's big business again. Thanks for your YEA on the cloture vote today. Once again you have shown the people of Indiana that you are senile and out of touch!

Well, we don't have to deport anyone, or build a fence really.
If 1) the Social Security Administration notified each employer whose employees submitted a bogus SS# and that cost them their job, and 2) illegal aliens could not get health care, and education for their children, then soon, all the illegal aliens would go back home or starve.
The REAL crime is the Democrats trying to get illegals to vote and President Bush trying to out Liberal the Democrats!

If you say "I want you to Deport all 12 Million Illegals in America" to the Members of Congress they will think you are not worthy of listening to.
And about deporting all 12 mil people, nope, not gonna happen! IT'S A FACT.

1. Ship 'em all back to where they came from.
2. Dig a 6 foot trench on our side of the border, followed by a 30-foot cinder-block wall followed by a moat with hungry gators.
3. I'd much rather pay taxes to have them all deported and the wall built than to pay taxes for them to live here. Paying for their welfare from my own wallet makes me sick.

I'm positively furious with one of my senators, Robert Bennett, a republican from Utah no less, who sold out the CITIZENS of this state today. I doubt a recall drive would work, but I'm going to tell as many people as possible how he betrayed the voters of Utah.

I think chartering the planes to take them back home would be money well spent. Spending the money to build a wall (a solid one) would just be the cherry on top of the sundae. I'm also all for firebombing the elabourate tunnels they've built to take them into this country.
