anyone have an idea what could be causing my alarm to keep going off?

Time to take it in and get it fixed under warrany. You have a sensor that isn't making, and that registers as an alarm conditon. good luck.

Several things could do it. Most common is the ignition tamper switch near the lock cyl. Second most is a bad remote. You may wish to remove the batteries from the remotes, and see if the alarm stops false triggering. If that fixes it, put a battery back in only one remote at a time, to determine which one is bad. If the remotes don't affect it, you need to take it to the dealer. The module holds the last 8 alarm events in memory, and a scan tool can access that and see what is triggering your alarm.

Ashort in your wiring. Call a ford dealership and they could tell you what it might be. There should be a fuse you could remove in the meantime.
Get on the internet and go to a Mustang Forum and ask the same question.

lol,you dont have to tell me anything about this one. sensors under the chasis,sensing movement of your cat or neighbors cat,or dog. and even the wind will do it sometimes.believe it or not.

i bet the sensor is set to sensitive take it to the dealer and they can fix it
