If someone is simultaneously blind, deaf, and paralyzed yet concious, do you think God will comfort them?

This has been really bothering me for a long time. I think of people who are blind deaf and paralyzed. It must be such a hard and painful life.

Then I realize that God might be talking to these people, helping, showing them spiritual things. I realize they can no longer see physical things, but they can have SPIRITUAL activity.

Is there any Srciptural support that God does this? (Jeez, i hope so, cuz this has been really depressing me)

I don't know of any Scriptural Support but I have heard of people being in coma's telling stories of being with God when they have awakened.

I am sure that God comforts someone with those afflictions as he would any of his children. There are numerous stories in the bible that show God's love for his children, all you have to do is look.

But, the story "Footprints In The Sand" might better explain the extent of God's love. It basically explains how God walks with us throughout our lives, and during the times when are lives are in turmoil, he carries us.

But if you insist on a scripture from the Bible, try John 14: verse 16, and 26. Or John 15: verse 26, or John 16: verse7.

There is a story about Helen Keller goes something like this:

After Annie Sullivan had her breakthrough with Helen, one of the first things she taught Helen was about God and His Son Jesus. Helen's response was, "I already knew about Him: I just didn't know His Name."

So, you see, God can reach inside all of us!
