what do i tell the hair dresser to get bangs like this?

ask to have the ends tapered and wispy also request that the stylist use a razor to cut yourhair so you have the texture.no thinning shears they always leave a straight line when your hair grows out. once you have the length you want just brush them over to the side use some pomade to hold in place and a little hairspray.

I'd describe the bangs as "long, shattered" bangs. As the others have said - print the picture & take it w/ you.
