Do you mean to tell me that, because God formed Jesus in Mary's womb without the help of a human male, that you think that God forgot to give Him a "y"?
God, Who formed man and woman in the first place, and Who knows exactly each human being's genetic make up, would know enough to form Jesus with a "Y" chromosome.
Either you believe that Jesus' birth is a miracle, or you don't. Either way, I think that questioning whether or not God forgot a chromosome is pretty silly.

Every human has 46 Chromosom, 23 from Mother and 23 from Father. Jesus has 24 Chromosom 23 from Mary and only 1 Chromosom (Y) from His Father

I think you mean, if he had no Y chromosone. Mary's egg would have the XX, but there's no male sperm to provide the XY.
Excellent question.
My sister, a surgeon, asked this question a couple of decades ago. How could Jesus be male without the XY donated by sperm? I replied, "Well, then, it's more of a miracle."
God formed matter out of nothing and human beings out of dust. He's capable of turning XX into XY without sperm if he wants to!

Of course he had an X chromosome. Women have XX and men have XY, so he got the X from his mom.

How do you know what chromosomes he had?
And all men have x an y. Women have x and x.
Y is the determining chromosome of manhood.

How do you know for sure that he lacked the X chromosome? Nobody can possibly know that because that technology didn't exist back then.

incorrect. females need two "x" chromosomes, and males need one "x" and one "y".
Mary's egg would have supplied the "x" chromosome, the Holy Spirit would have supplied the "y" of the Father.

(by the way the chicken came first.day 4 i believe. he created the fish and birds not tad poles and eggs)

I'd say giving someone a genetic disorder is more a punishment than a miracle, but to each their own.
