Yes you are right there are two OT books.

The first is JOSHUA the second is Ecclesiasticus,or the Wisdom of Jesus Son of SIRACH.

The early Church Fathers go on at length about how Jesus is the fulfillment of the type of Joshua.

If you are interested in this, I will be willing to email you, or anyone part of an out of print book.

There are NO books in the Bible with those names. Yeshua or Joshua is mentioned in the Old Testament.

Yeshua, rendered in English would be "Joshua".
In the O.T., Joshua is the name of the fella who took over after Moses died. His book is snuggled in between Dueteronomy and Judges.

my apologies to those who think that y'shua is the same as yehoshua, but it isn't. y'shua (jesus) is y'shua... yehoshua (joshua) is yehoshua. they are not the same, they are not similar, they are completely and totally different.

i find that the people who don't bother to learn a language, but still make assumptions as to it's content, are arrogant and lazy.

and, there are NO books in t"na"kh (what you might call the 'old testament') which refer to y'shua in any way shape or form. he wasn't alive at that time, and he wasn't important to our religion. and tehre are no references to anyone with that name....and, all those prophecies, which are (mis)quoted in the attempt to give him legitimacy from an "ot" point of view, don't refer to him, either. our moshiach (messiah) hasn't come, not once, not twice, not ever.....

Jesus is not found in Jewish Scriptures. The letter "J" didn't even exist until the Sixteenth Century.
