Eat Airwaves chewing gum, or eat or sniff anything else minty. Try Trebors mints or toothpaste.

Hi...I use the the "Nettipot." It is salt water that you put through a little container in one nostril and it comes out the other nostril. This enables you to clear out your sinuses. If you are clogged it might not got through at first but keep at it. It forces you to blow your nose and get all the junk out. I got mine at Walgreens (Sinucleanse or something along those lines)..Good Luck!

Go into ur bathroom and close the door. turn on ur shower on steaming hot and wait until the steam fills the room. Usually, the steam clears up the nasal passages.

I heard that when you have a cold or flu, if you feel up to it, its best to run and exercize. I've tried it and it actually works, i felt better the next day! But you probably have allergies or something, Take Claritin everyday.

Benadryll. It clears your nasal passage and relieves you of allergies fairly well.
