i have the bottom bolt off and wires off cant get the top bolt and witch direction should i pull it out when i disconnect the top bolt

BECAUSE THE TOP BOLT IS UNDER THE AIR FILTER PIPE. It comes in from the transmission side after you get it out now the juggling begins it will just go past the axle when you get it angled just right. I just hope you use a good remanufactured starter " like Nissan"

Do you mean the lighter itself (the bit that pops out) is fused? or the whole element (the lighter is caught interior and could no longer be taken out)?? the whole element can get replaced via getting into at the back of the sprint/console and undoing a nut that is going around the whole lighter coupling and basically replace it. that's no longer a complicated activity, yet attending to the decrease back of the console is extremely complicated.
