I would definitely NOT show up naked - why don't you just dress in a nice pair of jeans and a t-shirt (or wife beater if you've got the bod) and if everyones going for "optional" part of clothing optional - decide then. Have fun!

If you are not sure if she was serious, then go to the party dress as normal and make the decision from there.

When in rome do as you please , go clothed and undress and get naked as the party progresses. Being socially nude at a party sounds like hell of lot fun. Hell I might have one too its a great way for people to get to know everyone for who they really are not hiding behind 2 yards of unnecessary clothing. enjoy and be naked.

I say wear your clothes there, so you won't be arrested for public nudity :p
and once there, its up to you if you want to go with the flow or be the odd man out and stay dressed :p

Well I dont know the person like you do. If thats what it says on the invitation (if you got one...) than I would guess she isnt joking.
My Advice:
Call her up
Ask her
Thats less embarassing than you doing the opposite she was expecting at the actual party
