Whatever makes you comfortable. Just make sure everything is covered up.

You can wear anything (and people do). In the US, most casinos will require shirts and shoes, but in the Caribean anything goes. If you're betting continuously (and you'll be losing), the house couldn't care less what you're wearing. In some private high roller games, the men may be asked to wear a jacket and tie....but if you don't have one, the casino will be happy to provide one.... But, it's going to be a very expensive clothes rental.

Comfort is key. The temp is sometimes chilly, so if you have on shorts and a tank top or a little dress, bring a sweater. Just keep in mind that a casino is alot like anyother place with a lot of people, so you will need shoes and all your clothes on...

Really depends on which country and what casinos you are visiting.

Example - In Vanice Italy - min shirt and tie for men
In Cebu Philipines - shorts and tee shirts will be find (beach resort)

BUt most casinos would be ok with smart casual meaning jeans and tees with collars would be fine and no slippers

Do you want to be comfortable or look good? Casual to elegant. It depends on you. For my game I would wear comfortable shoes because standing at the craps table for hours can get tough on the feet. Unless you intend to play with the very high rollers everyone else will be wearing casual clothing. Just plain old comfort. But do wear whatever makes you happy. My wife worn capri pants with matching blouse and sneakers.

Whatever you like. It isn't like a James Bond movie. Whatever you wear, the chances are there will be many people dressed worse than you!

I'd just wear something 'smart casual' if I were you.
