You really need to identify who the manufacturer of your soundcard is before you download drivers for it. I've identified at least two manufacturers that make a sound card entitled SC5100 (That's Trust and PCLine).
Download Belarc Advisor from the following url and run it. It will take a few minutes, but it will give you a comprehensive breakdown of the hardware and software that make up your computer. Then, the best idea is to go directly to the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers from there.
