I agree there should be sensible immigration policy but calling illegal aliens "criminals" don't do justice. What is the exact classification of illegal border crossing? If you did Hollywood stop at a stop sign, are you a criminal?

Hmmm.....Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed because their inhabitants sodomized God's angels. Don't know about you, but I have no desire to do this to any illegal alien.

If I recall correctly, Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed because the homosexual men of the city tried to seduce Lot and the holy angels (who were manifesting themselves as human men). The city was destroyed because it was so wicked.
Calling illegal aliens "criminals" is due to them committing a crime by entering our country illegally or staying after their green card expires.
It is amazing how the world celebrates the tearing down of great walls which were built to keep unwanted people out. Yet, we are basically doing the same thing but just haven't built a great wall yet!
An illegal border crossing is when you don't have approval to enter the U.S. I suppose.
Lol at the Hollywood stop. No, you are guilty of committing a infraction, not a misdemeanor or felony!

Sodom and Gomorrah are destroyed for be really big sinners and some of that sins are sodomy. There is no sin called gomorry or similar, though.
They are not destroyed for rejecting strangers, but If America do not have someone to do that work Latinos do U.S. economy surely collapses.
Immigrates only searching for enough money to their families, they supports America economy doing hard work or menial tasks, and most companies need work force, although they pay few to them, but that is more than they get when works as professionals here in Latin America
But a lot of them really are illegal, that means they break some laws to stay in America longer than laws permit but if they do not have a way to do things lawfully they do not. Some Latinos manage to get citizenship, though.
Honestly immigration is because Latinos see that America are the best place to life, and they do not know about other countries. Well some go to Japan and Europe, too, but not all

They were destroyed for sodomy (hence the name) and for all manner of depraved acts that were offensive to God. They wanted to have sex with strangers (angels) and Lot would not release the angels to the degenerate people. If you illegally crossed a border to do a Hollywood stop, then you would have even more things to answer for. If I ran a stop sign, would you have to feed, house, clothe, and educate me at your expense? You do the math! Illegal means illegal.

What do you suggest calling them? I think criminal does fine for the purpose because they have broken the law. If I snuck across the Canadian border would I cry when they called me a criminal and rejected me? No, I would not.
