I joined Weight Watchers also but I just cant seem to lose weight I need to

It will take time to lose the weight. Just stick to it and you will notice the weight loss. :)

I used to work at a gym for awhile and there were many trainers. Not only did i notice that people lose weight differently but i noticed that the trainer makes a difference. The trainer has to be willing to make a diet and excercise routine that is or you personally and fit to how you will lose weight. If not it is possible that you will shed a few pounds but might not get to the size you want. With that being said I really hope that you can achieve your goal and will be praying for you! Don't gt bummed out if it takes awhile to see a difference. For the next 2 weeks don't look at a scale, no matter how much you want to if at all possible just resist. Then when you do get on the scale you will see a change and know that you are getting somewhere, instead of checking everyday and seeing nothing. I mean you didn't put the weight on in a few days im sure so you shouldn't expect to lose it that quickly either.

Most likely you are gaining muscle mass. As your body becomes leaner you will notice the weight starting to come off. You must also be careful of the amount of calories you are consuming. If it is too little your body will go into starvation mode and try to hold on to the fat. A healthy diet and steady exercise is the key. Be patient. It probably took you a while to put on the weight - it will take you a while to get it off.

I am very proud of you. You keep up with the trainer and Weight Watchers and soon you will see results. You will be glad you stuck with it.
