I think you really missed the boat on this one dude. The only NASCAR race Toyota won this weekend was the truck race in Milwaukee. Toyota's have been winning for a while now in the truck series, and also have a championship to their credit. A Toyota did do faily well in the Busch race though, but didn't win theree either.

The question is easy to understand. Is Nascar starting to penalize teams to slow them down so Toyota can catch them and get their win. I doubt that is the reason for the penalties though. Nascar can give Toyota a performance increase lots easier through better aero or more power.
