I need some good dance song, either fast or slow, doesn't matter. I would also like to know what kind of music would be good to play while we are eating lunch. Thanks!

The Classics:

1. Pachabel's Canon - Pachabel
2. Eine Kleine Nacht Musik - Mozart (GOOD LUNCH MUSIC, ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS A MORE TRADITIONAL WEDDING)
3. Brandenburg Concerto - JS Bach (the most sold music piece in the history of CD's and records, a BEAUTIFUL piece, purfect for a wedding!!! :D)

New stuff:

3. Tango - Shakira
4. Innocent Eyes - Delta Goodrem (perfect for father/daughter dance!)
5. Everytime We Touch - Cascada
6. Ready For Love - Cascada
7. Somebody Stop Me - Erica Rivera (fun, for younger guests, most probably)

AND...........................!

Greatest Story Ever Told - Oliver James (PERFECT WEDDING MUSIC, FOR ANNNY TYPE OF WEDDING!!!)

Good luck with picking your music. I hope that this list helps you to choose the right songs. And, good luck on your wedding!

Well my wife and I exchanged our vows May 20 of this year. The song that we used to dance to as our dance was Billy Joel, I Love You Just The Way You Are. It meant a lot to us both and that is our reason for choosing it. There are many many songs that could be used and from various gendres. Depends what sort of music you and your mate like. As for music while your eating lunch we had some jazz and blues playing quietly in the background while our guests were eating. Best of luck and happy marriage.

You didn't say what type of music you like, but do you and your fiance' have a favorite song? Can you dance to that?

As for eating lunch, I would play some soft background music, not too loudly so your guest would be able to talk amongst themslves without competing with the music or each other and wind up screaming to be heard.

Congrats>

I would do some old Rat Pack during lunch.... alot of light hearted love songs :)

As for later... "i knew the bride when she used to rock & roll" "YMCA" "Chicken Dance" that one where they give u the instructions (i dont know the name) but it goes something like "5 hops this time.... " and everyone hops 5 times.... along the line of the electric slide....those types of songs always get people to get out and shake it :)
