I like this guy and I'm going to ask him out. I think that when school starts again i'm going to slip a note into his locker that basicly asks him out. Do u think this is a good idea? If not then please give me another suggestion. (just to let u know, the guy's name is Peter)

best suggestion...for teen relationships....always experiment. Now, this could go one of two ways....1. It'll work (which it should) and life will be good for the duration of your relationship. 2. You'll crash and burn but at least you know what you did wrong....
go up to him, look him in the eye, blink like 3 or 4 times, say I think you're cute, and as he's answering...with a smile, kiss him. Then say, "whatcha doing after school?" And go from there.

Get to know Peter first be becoming acquainted with him. This way you will get to know him a little better before you ask him out. You may discover that you would only like him as a friend or that you are really into him. If you find that you like him it is best to ask him out in person. Sticking a note in his locker is very fifth grade. Do you like me? Check yes or no. Not very mature.

Why wait until you return to school. Give him a call on the phone while your celebrating your summer vacation and just ask him straight up if he'd like to go out with you sometime. Who knows he may accept gracefully and be pleasantly surprised. But he may say that he's not interested also. Either way, you won't be wondering and worrying about how he may react when you return to school if you deal with it asap. Awwww thats so cute now if you want to ask him out then do it so you don't look like your a geek I'm not saying that yo are but get what I'm saying and let him think about it befor you ask again case he mite be a little happy and mite need so time to think about it i thinkk that theres a 90% chance he'll say yes

It's really better to talk to him first & just flirt a little bit & maybe he would ask you...but if you're too shy to go that route then slip him a note...What have you got to lose?

Notes are the least embarassing if you think you're gonna get embarassed but make sure to tell him to slip it inyour locker cause if he says no, you dont have to have him standing there while you're reading it. but go for it!

That is not a good idea. Just tell him else he will show his fiends if he does not like you and you will end up embarassed
