I'm 19 years old and I'm a vegan. I eat 5 small meals a day usually about 200-250 calories each.
example
meal 1- bowl of cheerios with soy milk and nectarine
meal 2- piece of whole wheat toast, apple, and some almonds
meal 3- boca burger on half of a whole wheat bun
meal 4- steamed green beans, carrots, and broccoli, and some more almonds.
meal 5- bowl of All Bran with soymilk
I don't eat after 6 pm, and I only drink water. And I DO make sure that I get the recommended amount of protein a day.
I started this diet about a month and a half ago and have lost about 17 pounds.
I'm also doing abou 1.5 hours of cardio a day, pilates three times a week, and weightlifting every other day.
I'm looking to lose about 13 more pounds to reach my goal.
Any suggestions??
