I'm 19 years old and I'm a vegan. I eat 5 small meals a day usually about 200-250 calories each.

example
meal 1- bowl of cheerios with soy milk and nectarine
meal 2- piece of whole wheat toast, apple, and some almonds
meal 3- boca burger on half of a whole wheat bun
meal 4- steamed green beans, carrots, and broccoli, and some more almonds.
meal 5- bowl of All Bran with soymilk

I don't eat after 6 pm, and I only drink water. And I DO make sure that I get the recommended amount of protein a day.

I started this diet about a month and a half ago and have lost about 17 pounds.
I'm also doing abou 1.5 hours of cardio a day, pilates three times a week, and weightlifting every other day.

I'm looking to lose about 13 more pounds to reach my goal.
Any suggestions??

You might switch the All Bran meal to an earlier part of the day. Try to get all your carbs in before 2pm.

I'm not sure about the Vegan part, but I read you should eat more fruit due to it is mostly water and it will also help keep you hydrated which is also good for your skin.

Think about changing what day you do the activities. This would give your body a new routine.
