I've been looking for a job for a while in computer techology and I just moved to Fallbrook, CA so I decided to apply to various jobs around the area. Long story short, I applied to the Casino and was hired as a reservations agent with low pay but great, full benefits. Now, they are doing a long, extensive background check. In the process I received an offer from another place. It's a less known company but they also have benefits and the position would be in a computer related field.

Here are the two companies and position:
Casino

Other company
http://adicio.adicio.com/careers/jobsearch/detail?state=CA&jobId=1069158&viewType=main&networkView=main&offset=

Any suggestions?

You need to find the best fit for you. Take everything into consideration - pay, promotion oppotunities, benefits, other benefits, and job stability. After you decide call the other and thank them for thier consideration, but you've accepted another position. They will appeciate your honesty and not wasting thier time. This also leave the door open for future opportunities. Good Luck!

Its up to you, just pick whichever job pays more/ you would enjoy more/ etc. If one of them helps you along your career path and one really doesn't, this is a huge plus but certainly not the only consideration. Anyhow this is one decision you have to make.

Pick the job you would be most happiest doing. If you enjoy your job then you are less likely to be unhappy, and unsatisfied with the career you have chosen. If happy you will progress farther and faster. Your choice
