1. Liquids/Food - water is recommended. Try bottled water, not canned, so it doesn't make a mess. anything sweet, such as soda, juices, etc. will pass through you too quickly and that's not good when you have to share the restroom with 30 other people. This next part depends on the coach company, if they provide meals or not. You may want to check up on that. If not, bring something easy to bring out and clean up, like sandwiches. NAPKINS, i cannot stress how much you should bring NAPKINS. Just buy a whole pack, maybe 100 napkins? lol
2. Entertainment - music is recommended. Cards are also a fun way to pass time, playing spades, speed, blackjack, small game of poker wouldn't hurt. etc. Reading material is also good, catching up on a good novel or reading the latest gossip from magazines.
3. Comfort needs - i'm not sure where you're going, but you always want to make sure that you're comfortable. since its coach, i'm not sure if they have everything, say, an airplane might have, like blankets and pillows. You might want to check that also, if where u are is cold. If not, you might want to think about bringing some of those small hand held fans, if its warm.

A coach would be a good start... with enough room for 29 mates so each of you has to run and keep up with the coach for approx 30 minutes...
Also; beer, food, pillow, beer, magazines, psp if you have one, beer, music, learn-french-in-16hours book and beer.

I find around 20 cases of beer will be sufficient ;)

you dont need anythin with all them ppl goin. but you could try doin a bingo game with dirty prizes (willy straws, nipple chocs) theses can be brought from ann summers
